As the winter chill sets in, we invite you to join us for a special culinary celebration – our Mangiar d’inverno Lunch at Viale Canova in Clayfield! Experience the warmth and comfort of traditional Italian winter dishes, lovingly prepared by Chef Lorenzo.
Aperitivi:
- Cicchetti Veneziani – Traditional Venetian finger foods to tantalise your taste buds.
Antipasti (Entree):
- Radicchio Agrodolce – Marinated radicchio with a perfect balance of sweet and sour.
- Baccalà Mantecato – Creamy cod fish pâté served with toasted ciabatta bread.
Primo:
- Risotto alla Zucca con Crema di Tartufo – A delightful risotto with pumpkin and truffle cream.
Portata di Mezzo:
- Sarde in Saor – Deep-fried and marinated whiting fillet with sultanas and pine nuts, served on polenta.
Secondo (Main):
- Guanciale – Slowly cooked beef cheek with Kalamata olives and mushrooms, served on soft polenta.
- Accompanied by fresh salads and roasted vegetables.
Dolce:
- Torta di Zucca con Crema di Zabaione – A decadent pumpkin cake with traditional Zabaione cream topping.
Mineral water, tea, and coffee are included. Feel free to bring your own wine (BYO wine only).
