About Viale Canova Catering

Our Story

 

For two decades — from the day we opened in Clayfield back in 2004 — Viale Canova Restaurant was the neighbourhood home of house-made pasta, slow-simmered ragù and long Sunday lunches that stretched into dinner. Regulars became family, birthdays turned into traditions, and every dish carried a piece of Italy.

 

 

A New Chapter

 

When the restaurant’s lease ended, we chose evolution over farewell. Today the experience lives on as Viale Canova Catering: the same recipes, produce and warm hospitality, delivered to dining rooms, boardrooms and garden marquees across Brisbane.

 

 

What We Do

 

  • Custom Menus – Designed around your favourite Viale Canova classics or new seasonal ideas

  • Flexible Service – Pick-up, delivery (≤ 30 km) or full in-home chef service

  • All the Trimmings – Linen, plates, glassware and staff for up to 20; function room in Bowen Hills for up to 60

  • Quality First – Queensland produce, imported Italian specialties, everything made from scratch
